The Illusion of Life by two of Disney’s ‘Nine Old Men’, Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston is another must-have book. It is basically a bible of animation and explains everything about the history of animation, where the principles and techniques came from and more!

Animex Festival is held at Teesside University and has been getting bigger and better for the past 18 years. It holds talks from the biggest and best talent in both the games and film industry. Highly Recommended if you live in the UK.
